Wilsons partner with the John Kelly Band, Wilson Media, San Marco & Associates, Rath/Harper & Associates and Jack Daniels to benefit Southeastern Guide Dogs with auction and free concert

In their first ever appearance at the world famous State Theatre in St. Petersburg, The Wilson Van sold out a day before their show May 26, 2012.

Blending a mix of Van Halen, Journey, Bon Jovi and Zac Brown tunes with a handful of original songs, The Wilson Van raised nearly $10k in donations at the door, another $10k via their live auction and Rath/Harper raised another $10k by themselves.

Joining them on stage to jam, former Navy Medic Eric Kallal, a Seminole resident, who was blinded while serving and is now the recipient of a guide dog. He plays a mean bass and easily kept up with the band.

All proceeds were donated to the Southeastern Guide Dogs' 'Paws for Patriots' program which provides guide dogs to wounded soldiers.
